Today we are going to take a look at a product resulting from a very interesting and troubled crowd funding campaign. The NexDock launched on Indiegogo as "The World's Most Affordable Laptop", that title is not entirely true though. The NexDock is not actually a laptop on its own, it's a super flexible / adaptable "dummy laptop" that can serve as a docking station to devices that would not usually be equipped with laptop I/O mechanisms on their own.

In today's video we will take a first look at the Nexdock. This includes unboxing the "laptop", taking a look at its quality and features, using it with a Raspberry PI3, seeing how it works as a portable secondary monitor, and taking the back panel off to have a peek inside!
